One Small Step for Mankind...

I know you probably think I never put pants on poor Chase, but I swear, there's always a good reason he's bare-legged.  Suffice it to say, I probably need to invest in larger diapers.

Anyhoo, here's a video of Chase taking some of his first steps!  I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I'm chasing him down the hall and around the racetrack at our house.  He's a bit mischievous, so Lord knows what he'll get into now!

Movin' On Up

Chase is on the move!  He attacks the stairs like he's been up them a million times.  But, in fact, this was his first trip up the big staircase and he didn't even bat an eyelash.

I love his form.  Check out his right foot.  He always curls it under and pushes off of it to stand.  And what's up with banging the stair?  Is he checking the sturdiness of it before he puts his weight on it?  Smart man.  And when he gets to the top of the stairs, he looks back at me like: "You got that on camera, right?"

Poor Dada!
